However, this does not apply when our shop is not obliged to disclose personal information due to the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

9. Correction, etc. of Personal Information

When a customer requests the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") of the content of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information is not true, our shop will confirm that the request is made by the customer themselves, conduct the necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and based on the results, correct, etc. the content of the personal information, and notify the customer of that fact (if a decision is made not to correct, etc., we will notify the customer of that fact). However, this does not apply when our shop is not obliged to correct, etc. personal information due to the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

10. Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information

When a customer requests the suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of their personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that their personal information is handled beyond the scope of the publicly announced purpose of use or that it was acquired by deception or other illicit means, and if it is found that there are valid reasons for the request, our shop will confirm that the request is made by the customer themselves, suspend the use, etc. of the personal information without delay, and notify the customer of that fact. However, this does not apply when our shop is not obliged to suspend the use, etc. of personal information due to the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
